Pop princess Britney Spears hits the top of the charts and also the top of Blackwell’s annual worst-dressed list. The Hollywood fashion designer called her an “over-the-hill Lolita.” Ouch… Poor girl, I’m sure her millions are very comforting.

Well Britney ended up on the list exactly in the spot she earnt. She’s let herself go to a terrible extent, and this is the result. I have a feeling she’ll be on the not hot list for a while yet!
