I saw my first movie at a movie theatre for the year. The kids and I saw Elektra (2005) starring Jennifer Garner this weekend. Although this movie has been panned by the critics, I thought it was great. Jennifer Garner was born to play Elektra. She is both sexy and deadly. I also loved Kirsten Prout as Abbey, a mini-Elektra in training. (She also reminded me of Renee Zellweger.) Is Elektra the best movie to hit the scene? No, but it’s a great popcorn movie and was fun to watch.
