“Hell’s Kitchen” kept the ratings warm for Fox, giving the network a primetime win Monday night.

The cooking reality show led the field among adults 18-49 (7.9 million total viewers, 3.8 rating/11 share in the demo), while a repeat “CSI: Miami” (8.3 million, 2.5/7) was the top show in viewership, according to preliminary estimates released Tuesday by Nielsen Media Research.

For whatever reasons, this is one of my favorite shows. I love to hear Chef Gordon Ramsey’s endless foul-mouthed rants.
